I would like to know if there is a way to configure the following situation:
We now use a Tiptel 570 analog device that records messages after openen hours. After it records a message, it dials a number of our 24/7 support engineer to play the message. The engineer has to press 1 to confirm it has heared the recording so it can take action.
If the engineer doesnt respond after 3 trials (with 15 minutes in between), the backup support engineer will be dialed to play the recorded message.
