I’m new to Asterisk, so I apologize for my ignorance. We’ve recently started managing a network with an Asterisk system and have installed an Auvik network monitor on the LAN. When the monitor is on, users experience voice drops, where calls will go silent on both ends for 3 to 5 seconds, then come back. This happens on both internal and external calls. I’ve excluded the IP range of the voice subnets and have whitelisted the network monitor’s IP in PBXact’s firewall.
Has anyone run across something like this before, or have any thoughts or suggestions?
