Hi team, One of our customer is facing voice breakage issue. The daily recording will come around 1000 but in that around 10 recordings have voice breakage issue. Why it is happening?
I assume you mean that there are gaps in the audio, rather than a change in patch of the male voice with age.
This will be caused by something overloading. Most likely the network, but could also be be the CPU.
If we didn’t disabled the USB port. It will happen?
