hi all,
i’ve got following problem:
I need to start a call-flow (ivr) not only from a call, as well as from a time-triggered event.
So i want to start a call-flow with the “originate” command from the crontab - thats works well.
But: as originate needs to create a call - i need to “accept the call” before the ivr start.
What i need is that the ivr takes a look in the db, do some stuff, and then eventually start a call to someone…
Therefore it would be nice to have a virtual extenstion which takes the call and then if nessessery redirect to the right user…
but i don’t see a solution to create “virtual users” - any idee?
