Using IVR to control external system

I’ve been searching for days to see how I should tackle my problem.

I would like to use IVR to “authenticate” a caller using a PIN or TAN code (or maybe even callerID), when the authentication is successful, the server should issue a command. For example run a URL query to activate and external door relay, or run a shellscript.

Please let me know what to search for what to configure to get my settings in order. Thanks!

You can do that easily whit AGI or even System commands.

Too you can use Authenticate() and the Curl() function.
