Users.conf and dialplan

Hello friends,

I have 2 users in the users.conf

and one of them (for 1000 extension) is configured without a voicemail support .

i.e hasvoicemail = no

When i check the show dial plan default its shows as follows

‘1000’ => hint: SIP/1000 [pbx_config]
1. Dial(${HINT}) [pbx_config]

as result of this it goes into a continous ringing never hangsup.

Any idea where i can limit this.

you could edit the extensions.conf file and put a timeout feature on the dial application and then have it hangup…
