User Portal

We’re using the Asterisk User Portal to change the call forwarding setting. If I use the extension as login everything works well. If I enter the User Portal with the extension in E.164 format the login is successful (although no extensions were created in E.164 format). I can also change and save the call forwarding settings. But those setting are not loaded in the configuration, consequently asterisk doesn’t forward the calls.
How can I set up the User Portal page to accept only sip extensions without consider any kind of normalization rules?

Asterisk user portal? Do you mean a portal in FreePBX?
