Unregister command sip trunk

Hi,

I have 2 sip trunks registered (as a peer). Is there a way to unregister the trunk for testing from the CLI.
Something like sip uregister but for a peer. I want to use it for fail-over testing.
Now everytime I uncomment the peer configuration in users.conf but I want it directly from the CLI.

Regards,

Dave

I am not aware of such a command in Asterisk.

But I would suggest simulating operator inavailiability with iptables or external firewall. I think this is the best way to check if your failover is working properly.
