Unexpected header size 16

I’m in the process of clustering Asterisk. One of the ways that’s working very well is to map a network drive to the sounds folder and centrally manage all the media. This is working perfectly is all respects except that on some phones the wav files don’t play (it will fail over to the gsm) or whatever codec is active on the phone - so it seems the it cannot trans-code the media file when its mapped as a network folder. If the sounds folder is on a local disk - then it fine. Is there a access permission error or something? anyone seen this before? anyone know how to fix this?

For now we have a .wav, .gsm. and .g729 of each file… but that’s a pain! and it still throws this error first (as you can see below)
