Hi,
How can i keep a registry of incoming unanswered calls?
I receive calls with 2 queues. if it comes through extension XXXX12 calls one queue. if it s extension XXXX11 calls another queue.
What I need now is to keep a registry of unsanswered calls.
I guess i have to limit the time the queue is active but I don´t know how to do it.
Any help is apreciated.
