Two users: one registers, the other does not

I registered two users in exactly the same way: pjsip and everything else, but only one registers on my webphone. This is the error that appears in my CLI. Someone?

There’s nothing really to add… it failed to authenticate for some reason. You’d need to make sure it matched the correct endpoint, that it is using the correct auth section, and that both sides match.

Are you sure that you configured max_contacts parameter for your pjsip configuration ?
