Trunks getting disconected

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my server that it always list Lagging and Unreachable at times, both trunks the IAX and the SIP trunks that goes to remote servers, the thing is that my internet feed is 1000 Mbps at a datacenter and this which is what it points to is actually not the problem. This problem is really dragging me back because I cannot find the cause of the problem, is there a configuration parameter that I am missing or something else I am not realizing.

Have you tried any alternate SIP and IAX providers? Is there a firewall in the way?

The feed will still lose packets if it is fully loaded and SIP is not given special treatment at both ends. Also, there is a phenomenon called buffer bloat.
