Trunk Infostrada Problem NO INVITE

Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling for two months with mixed results. I have an Infostrada connection and an Infostrada number; I’ve installed and configured all the parameters. The phones work fine internally.

However, with Asterisk FreePBX I can neither make nor receive calls (I’m running FreePBX 17 on Proxmox). Sometimes, after reinstalling it, I was able to either receive or make calls, but not consistently. Now, despite all my tests, nothing works — from the logs, it seems that the INVITE doesn’t even arrive.

I’ve also tried Issabel, and with Issabel I can receive calls just fine, but I can’t make any (in any way). If I enable NAT = Yes in PJSIP, the calls become silent and the phone doesn’t even ring.

I’ve tried everything, but there must be some configuration it doesn’t like. In FreePBX, the trunk shows as Registered and the endpoint as Available, while in Issabel the trunk is Registered but the endpoint shows Unavailable.

Could you please tell me which logs I should paste here to help you identify the problem?

Also NAT = * is not for the usual case where you are behind NAT and the provider isn’t. That is dealt with by the external address and local networks.

Sorry, I confused the forums. However the logs you need for FreePBX are basically the same as those for Asterisk, to the extent that they are Asterisk logs.
