We have an issue with an end user not being able to transfer a current call without putting the incoming call on hold first. Very inconvenient for the receptionist/operator hangling the incoming calls. Any settings that we are missing in the configuration of the phones that would cause this problem?
If they have a caller on the line and press the “#” key, do they get the autoattendant right away? or do they have to press the HOLD button first?
if you r using grandstream, try to use SIP via info. otherwise for zap channels check for transfer = yes in zapate.conf
