Is it possible to make an external transfer and play a message to the callee before the call is transfer. thank you for any helpful suggestion
It is possible. You have not provided enough information to say whether it is possible in your case. That information may involve some details about your service provider that are difficult to find.

The call will be transfer through a normal pri port ( ZAP Trunk (DAHDI compatibility Mode)), can you please tell what sort of details you need about the provider. and maybe how the general flow of this solution will be. thank you.
I don’t believe dahdi supports any sort of transfer.
solved, thank you for your helpful suggestion, i have been able to find a work around by using remote announce feature under the follow-me settings.
