Transfer by xfer and CDR problem

Hi,

I have problems with records in cdr billing. When I transfer call on my SPA942 on different internal number and I use button “xfer” then in CDR I not have informations about incoming connection and I have only that internal conversation with status “NO ANSWER”

When I use button “bxfer” all in CDR is ok.

How I can to improve this problem ?
