Transfer a picked up call after *8

Hello, I am using Asterisk 13.21.1 and cannot transfer a pickup call after *8.

How can I solve that ?.. the question is that I have not a dialplan for pick up call, it’s using the default of Asterisk set up in features.conf… How and where can I change it to add ‘t’ or ‘T’ if necessary?
