Hi, I have wired issue. My call is drop, but only when I pass from internet. I use Zoiper with SPJIP TLS and RTP TLS. Call from wifi or VPN doesn’t drop. Call from internet works good until 30 seconds the drop. No logs no debug info. Zoiper indicate drop from Asterisk. I tried to set rtp_timeout, no success.
I suspect if you run a trace, you’ll see the the ACK to the 200 OK is not being received on the terminating end. The likely explanation for this is a NAT issue, potentially if your Contact header in your outgoing INVITE is using an unreachable IP address, but it could also be a firewall issue. Anyway, a trace should show you where it is going wrong.
