Timer with tdm400p and without fxs/fxo module, possible?

I need a real timer (not ztdummy!) in a server, but no need fxo/fxs (i’ve a ISDN line with b410p, and voip provider)

Can an empty tdm400p card (like “tdm00p” ) provide a timing source ? (without fxo/fxs module !)
