Currently a large chunk of the Digium staff is at Astricon in Orlando so it may take a bit more time than normal to get approved if the person who handles it is out of the office.

It can take up to 24-72 hours to take care of a license agreement. It’s a manual process and if things aren’t correct it can take longer. Generally it’s pretty quick though.

Hi, if the license did not get approved does the person gets any notifications.
Yes, an email is automatically sent. It’s also during the Christmas/New Year’s break time so agreements may take longer to get handled.
