Dear all,

i’m configuring a Thomson TB30 with Asterisk
I have a problem with queue, when i call the queue all the three phones ring correctly but when i pickup the call from one of them the other two continue ringing.
I enabled the rtp debug and i verified that Asterisk correctly doesn’t send rtp packets when the call is answered.

Any suggest?

Asterisk should send cancels. Are they being sent and what is the response?

Now, i just try with another model of Phone and everything works correctly.
It seems the Thomson TB30 and Thomson ST2030 don’t “interpret” the bye messagge correctly.
