The free Extension Routes module is installed, but not regis

Helloo

I have asterisk 2.11 and I was trying to add assign each trunk with prefix i tried to add it in the prepend field but it doesnt work ! is the The free Extension Routes module is installed, but not registered have to do something with it ? i tried to add it from the trunk options or from the outbound its the same

could anyone please help

There is no such version of Asterisk, and that component sounds to be too high a level to be part of Asterisk. If this is Asterisk GUI, that hasn’t been supported for a long time (consult your vendor (S*y?) if it came with a recent project. If it is FreePBX, use community.freepbx.org/
