Technique for spreading extensions/realtime over several servers

If I have identical Asterisk servers, latest release, and I make them share the same realtime database on a cluster (e.g. sip_buddies, voicemail, etc.), what would be the most efficient way to share hints, manage extension to extension calling, and all that standard PBX stuff ?

I vaguely recall Dundi from several years ago but I am not sure if this is still a thing.

Thanks a mil !

One newer option for hint sharing is PJSIP with PUBSUB. See the “type=asterisk-publication” settings in pjsip.conf files. Extension-to-extension calling would require some dial plan work depending on how you split out the extensions between systems.

Thanks for hint ;). It is appreciated.

I will look at PUBSUB.
