tdm410p pci error

Hi all,
I apologize for my english it’s not my 1st language.

So i install a tdm410p with 2 fxo and 2fxs in my server in the pcix raiser. (HP proliant dl 40 g3)
To boot i add to modify the /boot/grub/grub.cfg to comment those line:

If not comment the system just reboot before grub2 menulist.

I also try this card in two other machine with same Debian net install and kernel and it do the samethings.
I’ve try all pci port on other machines, my server has only one pci full lenght and one 1/2 lenght.

And the card is not new it comes from a person of asterisk france association.

tikismoke: The only thing I can offer other than contacting tech support is to make sure your card is seated properly in the slot. Something in the system is interfering with the hosts ability to read from the cards PCI config space. Especially troubling is how with you do lspci -H the card shows up repeatedly.
