TDM400P Error Power alarm on module 1, resetting!

I have the Digium developer kit version of the TDM400P card Revision I with two modules and periodically the Dmesg log reports “Power alarm on module 1, resetting!” ever since I install the card. Search on Google and found that this doesn’t seem to be a common issue and no one seems to have a fix? Does anyone on this Forum know how to fix this? Or is this a hardware issue?
Thanks!

the posts i’ve seen on this only ever go as far as saying it’s a log entry, but the hardware seems to be functioning normally. if the reseller you bought the kit from can’t help, have you contacted tech support at digium ? they’re pretty quick at getting back to you.

No! I have not but I will do so in a minute.
Thanks!

We’ve buy a new TDM400 for testing. We also had similar problem on this card. The alarm dropped our incoming call while we pickup the telephone.

The following was sent to Digium on June 26 with no reply yet!
