TDM channels frequently Bridged though nobody is in call

I have asterisk with TDM2400 and configured with approximatly 60 extensions. My TDM channels are frequently briged when there is no calls active that is nobody is in the call. What i will do is, i will unplug line from TDM channels physically or else i will restart the asterisk server, but this could be a temporary solution. Is there is any way to solve this problem permanantly. Please help me to solve this problem.

Sounds like the lines aren’t being disconnected properly. The most reliable way is to have the telco enable Disconnect Supervision on your lines. A less reliable way is to enabled busydetect and set busycount=10 in zapata.conf
