TDM card outgoing call problem

hi ,

i have installe dthe TDM card and configured the same and trying to mnake the outgoing calls , i am getting following the cli prompt.

*CLI> – Executing Dial(“SIP/294-1c7b”, “Zap/g1/xxx xxx xxxx /20/t” new stack
– Called g1/xxxxxxxxxx

i shall be thankful , if any one can help me the same.

the /20/t is that how it looks like in your extensions.conf ?

Please post that line that is in your extensions.conf

My extensions.conf file is

i chnaged like this and stil it is giving a single ring after that i am hearing a silence.

exten => _NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(Zap/g1/${EXTEN},20,r)
exten => s,1,Wait(1)
exten => s,2,Answer()
exten => s,3,Playback(your-temp-greeting)

and this is cli status

Verbosity is at least 44

Have you checked to make sure that the actual physical telephone wire is plugged into the correct port on your TDM card. Had it happen to me once.

I have 4 FXO ports and plugged 3 lines in starting from 4, 3 ,2. Line was was the line that is first called in the group, but because there was no phone line in it it was just silent.

i have a 16 port tdm card and i have connected a phone line in first port…
