Taking notes on of the recieved calls

Good day! I am using the Asterisk Call Monitor. I would like to now if it is posible to leave notes on the different calls received/made. This is because I would like to know what the call was about without needing to listen to it again. All advice is welcomed!

If you know the call - you can organize your DB such a way to leave messages also.
You can even use google voice recognition service.
But I doubt there is any automation in this respect.
