Hi,
We are facing some major problems with our asterisk machine.
Sometimes our system crash during operation.
The log file of asterisk reports only this line :
kernel: wct4xxp 0000:05:08.0: Version Synchronization Error!
We can find this error in the following code: asterisk.gnuinter.net/files/digi … /wct4xxp.c (line 404)
We are using the same TE420F cards with the same drivers.
Also we updated all firmware drivers of our hardware.
But with no succes.
Also we changed the cards to another PCIe slot, but this also had no succes.
Has anybody got an idee where we can get more information wo solve this problem?

Dell poweredge R710
2 X TE 420F (Digium, Inc. Wildcard TE420P quad-span T1/E1/J1 card 3.3V (PCI-Express) (rev 02))
versie drivers 2.4.0
