Our ofc. just purchased switchvox SMB 4.5 and I am the one who is doing the call detail reports. I was just having a hard time locating for the reports that I need. Like the number of abandoned calls that our call center is having on a specific date. When I tried to access the report for the past 30 days data is being cumulative. What I need are the data per date. I wish you could help me figure things out.
