I am having a problem with my switchvox system. When I call into the system on any of the 3 lines, I hear 1 ring in my phone, then an 8 second delay, the the 2nd ring in my phone and the phones attached to the switchvox system start to ring. Do you have any idea why all 3 lines have the 8 second delay? They used to work before this problem popped up today.
