I’ve got 3 IP430s and 2 IP501s on which the buttons are starting to act up. The phones are about a month old. It doesn’t seem specific to any button or group of buttons on the phones.
Users are having to press harder and harder to get the buttons to work. Sometimes, they mistakenly dial numbers because they press more than once in an attempt to get a button working. Anybody else seeing this?
