Status of Stir/Shaken

Hello,

  1. Looking at [1], what does “test gates failed” means ?
  2. Is the merging of [1], the missing condition for a successful Stir/Shaken implementation or shall we monitor other milestones elsewhere (in OpenSSL for instance) ?

There are other aspects that noone has worked on, such as the OpenSSL part you mention. They aren’t represented anywhere in Github currently. And the tests have to be updated by someone for the referenced issue, which noone has done as of yet.
