Status of Call after transfer

Once I get an inbound call, I transfer the call to a remote pbx (I have no control over the pbx)

Is there a way for me to still track the call status, active, callerid of person connect, and if I can still barge the call and or record the call?

on the other hand if I have control over the remote pbx, could I check those attributes?

If you mean you use the dialplan Transfer application, that releases the signalling path from Asterisk.
