Speaking clock doesn't work

I have the first Asterisk 13 / Freepbx 14 server.
Special functions do not work for me - i.e. talking clock (* 60) and listening to voicemail (* 97).
I’m connecting to services.

For the clock I can hear: The signal is … and the end of the call.

For voice mail, I can freely enter the menu, except 1 - listening to the mails.
Then I hear: message # 1 of this and that … and disconnection. What is going on.
Original system / iso downloaded from FreePbx?

Should I install something, some codec? addition - that the system cannot reproduce it?

on the other hand, it correctly generates the message number and the date it was left

If you dont post the Asterisk CLI, we cant determine if is a missing audio or codec issue

what should i send? open asterisk in debbug mode and just copy errors?

asterisk -rvvvvvvv and post the output of your issue

for * 60: - do i don’t have digits?

You are clearly missing voice files for, probably, 11 to 23.

Ok, and where is main / digital sounds folder, and how to dowbload this voices?
Sorry, im newbie.

var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en

I think I have a problem with these sounds, because by adding another - i.e. copying the number zero as the missing t-11 (I don’t have files in English like t … it’s h …) and the “and” is missing again next digits … did this add-on have any upgrade so that the file names have changed and is still old in the settings?
