I dont know an specific link but you can get the spanish prompts voice from an Elastix box. The acent is neutral and better than the Allison spanish voice.
You should check the licensing before using alternative sounds. They may be restricted to use with Elastix.
The easiest way of getting the Digium sounds is to use the source build procedure and simply select them with make menuselect.
However, a very quick examination of the Makefile in the sounds directory of the source tree indicates that they can be found at downloads.digium.com/pub/telepho … /releases/

Actually the prompts of elastix aren’t neutral voice is from Argentina. But still better than Allison.
