i have some questions about Asterisk. Precisely, i want customize messages inside Asterisk and, if possibile, separate away and unavailable messages if i change the state of my voip client and someone call me.

If I change the status of my client voip in away/busy or, if i close my client, whene someone call me there is always the same message. I want:
- have a differente message for away and busy status
- change, for example, all messages with my italian message

asterisk message are located in
/var/lib/asterisk/sound and you can change it for your purpose…

There is a manager for associate file_audio with actions or i need to change manualy (replace files) original files with my files?

You’ve to replace the original files.
