Thank you. I get the difference between device state and presence. Both seem to be working,
I will reach out to support. Thanks for all your assistanceā¦
No prob. As I used all of your config, see above, with the notable change that I moved file_url_prefix out of the general section into the network definition (important, because otherwise the phone canāt download the BLF items file), you might want to take what I used of yours and adapt it to your situation. I really changed very littleā¦just IPs.
Will doā¦so a little more troubleshooting on my part. I looked in the access_log vs. the error_log in /etc/httpd.
I am getting 404 errors on the blf xml files. The contacts file is fine and I see no errors for it. all files are in the same directory that the file_url_prefix points too. All the files in the folder have the same access permissions. So I am tracking that down nextā¦
Best regardsā¦
Same offer from before; send me a private message here on the board w/ a debug from the phone (point a web browser to http://[ip of phone]/cgi-bin/ptsr) and Iāll see what the phoneās up to.
I am going to do that sirā¦I may not get to it until the morningā¦
Best regards
Have the file to send you. Now for an embarrassing questionā¦how do I send you a private message? My apologies, new to the blogā¦I found how to send a private notification or complaint about a blog thoughā¦
Ended up being problems with configuration of file_url_prefix and location on-disk of BLF Items file. Marking solved.
