I’m facing a problem that the Referred-By information is not being passed to another tip. I’ll explain my scenario.
The scenario has a dialer that has two machines that does the service. Where one makes the call and with one refer, it asks to be forwarded to another.
These two machines are connected via SIP with my Asterisk GW (13.16.0). But the calls are being knocked over. This is occurring, according to the dialer support, because Asterisk is not forwarding the referred-by that is in the refer.
By my research this information was to be passed on, but as reported above is not occurring.
Is there any way, by configuration, to force referred-by?
