[SOLVED] Amazon EC2 - Problem with Asterisk 13.18.5 on Ubuntu LTS 16.04 amd64

the private network of my house is the same localnet, the router use DHCP starting in 192.168.0.100 with the same subnet.mask.

Could be problem continue with stun settings enable in the same network?

Everything in the local net must be mutually routable.

David , how I do this?

Configure your routers properly.

I’ll also add that EC2 is not a great option when you are first exploring and using this stuff because you also have to learn about the properties of the normal EC2 NAT/firewall setup which complicates things. I don’t have experience but every time I’ve seen an issue like this that element has been a problem as well and required additional changes.

jcolp, I agree with you, but this my environment actually, and solve many problems already, but rest it yet.
thanks.

david551,
What I need to do specifically?

You need to hire a network administrator.

david551,
well, If I desire it, I am not be here.

I am here to learn.

Thank you!

Setting up network routing is a general system administration job, and not specific to Asterisk.

ok, but I am simulating a network at my house.
I think not is necessary hire an administrator.

You are simulating a network in a combination of your house and the cloud.

Yes, my house simule the network of a company, and the cloud simulate as a service that I intend to sell to companies.

uping…

The calls continue without audio when the both sides are in the same network.

Solved enabling stun in the server and the clients and putting the general parameter of sip.conf directmedia=no
