Snom Handset Disabled?

Hi all,

I just upgraded the firmware on my Snom360 and after it completed, My handset seems to be disabled. I can’t get any sound to come out of it and when you pick it up off the cradle it doesn’t open a line. It’s like the phone doesnt even see it anymore. Anyone have any ideas?

I think there was an issue with their list of MAC Address’s and their firmware. Give SNOM a call.
