Is it theoretically possible to configure a sip trunk between two asterisk using a wss transport?
I started to look at how to configure it but I don’t really see how to configure the remote websocket url.
I wanted your opinion on it.

That is not supported. Asterisk can only act as a server, there is no configuration to allow it to act as a client.
