SIP Trunk Help

I installed version 2.2 of elastix.

I already register the sip trunk and extensions but I can not receive or make calls, I’ll tell the elastix has a local ip and passes through a firewall endian and those connected to a netgear switch, I have opened ports 5060, 10000:20000, 4569, I sent the logs.

I recorded the data provides a softphone that runs through the firewall and it worked incoming and outgoing calls.

First of all, this is the wrong forum. The Elastix forum would be the appropriate place to ask this question.

It’s also impossible to offer a solution with such little debug information.

Please turn SIP debuging on (command “sip set debug on”), make a call via SIP Trunk and copy/paste the output in this thread.
