SIP to PSTN always answerd

Hi,

I have a big problem, everytime I call a PSTN number from my SIP provider, the call is directly answered even if it isn’t.

-- Called 00543515703XXXX@109.237.253.21
-- SIP/109.237.253.21-0000000d answered SIP/1021-0000000c

This happens always, even when I call other numbers. my dialplan is the most simple one : answer, dial, hangup… no fantasy

This causes trouble to my billing system because I can’t get the right billsec in my CDR

Does anyone have an idea ?

HI You need to get a sip trace of a call. see what its doing and speak to your supplier.

It doesn’t help. The problem lies with your SIP provider.
