Can anyone please tell me what does SIP RTP CoS Mark 5 mean ?

Generally, if you need to ask, you don’t need to know. COS is class of service and its a marker you can set to tell your routers to treat the traffic specially. If you don’t already know what it means, your routers are probably not configured to take notice of it.
