Sip registration - DID problem

incoming call ring, and call disconnect after I answer for 1-2 second. Also appear to loose registration after some time.

I have several DID numbers working fine, only with that did provider i have problem.
When i register with a voip phone it works perfectly.
Only get problem to register with asterisk. Provider mention:
server: ngn.idd.asia SIP:5060 RTP:8000 codec:G729:20ms HuaweiSoftX3000

Anyone can help offline? I can provide credentials for testing.

Great Forum, 76 views until today and not even 1 answer. Thank you very much.

I have generally found that answers are easy to come by if the question poses some kind of challenge to someone in the forum and the problem is directly related to Asterisk. I ask quite a few questions that take days or weeks to get an answer usually because i’m learning something new that has been sufficiently addressed elsewhere. Also… lets face it… most of the people who read your post are looking for the answer too.

In any event… You question appears to be related to a known bug with Huawei:

asteriskpbx.ru/wiki/HuaweiSoftX3000
bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=6669

In the future I can only suggest searching through bugs.digium.com. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your kind reply. I had found the posts you mentionned already but was not able to solve the problem. That’s why I posted. I am a beginner. Thank you !!!

As dogatemycomputer stated the issue is not with Asterisk but with the switch that you are connecting to. If you look over both URL’s there are ways to work around your issue.
