Needing to find a SIP phone that has multiple line keys that I can set as other users extension numbers (i.e. BLF or Busy Lamp Field). I also need this to be able to have anyehre from 2 extensions up to possibly 20. I have looked on the web with little success, any help?

afaik there is no softphone that can do that.

im using Atcom AT-323 ip phones…

n i have some prob regarding it…

1.the right way to configure the phone…
2…how we create the extension no. for it (in pbx)…is it by defining the phone number?
