Shutting up the SIP chennel messages

Hi,

I am using the Asterisk version 1.8.7.0. The problem is that I receive lots of the following warning message (even in the case of verbosity level equal to 0) which makes correspondingly a vast amount of log, that I am definitely gonna avoid it.

So, I need some hints to guide me if and how can I shut up this Warning message!!!

WARNING[10874]: chan_sip.c:18325 handle_request_info: Unable to parse INFO message from 53b97e5b29db9a2574dd1e412aa5d889@… .Content

You can disable the warning messages on logger.conf file, but if you just want to stop this warning.
WARNING[10874]: chan_sip.c:18325 handle_request_info: Unable to parse INFO message from 53b97e5b29db9a2574dd1e412aa5d889@… .Content
This is a different workaround, most of the time this warning is related to DTMF problems. But I suggest you do more deep research about the problem and SIP trace

First of all, thank you for your suggestion. I did actually google it and I could unfortunately not find something useful. As you also mentioned, this message relates to some issues about the DTMF. But, since there is no issue in our deployed system regarding calling other numbers (DTMF mode and so on), I just need to avoid the message in the logs. Nevertheless, I am wondering if I can do something regarding the DTMF settings, or another way just to avoid this special warning message (Maybe it is not a good idea to stop all the warning messages!).

Only way I can think of at the moment is comment out those messages in Asterisk source code and recompile Asterisk.

related to what can you do with DTMF settings , my suggestion would be try with differents DTMFmode (inband,info,auto,rfc2833)
