We have 3 asterisk PBX’s in our 3 branch offices.
Can we establish a shared queue for our support line if yes how exactly
The goal is to have an ability to call the customer local support queue and after 5 minutes to move the call to international queue that will ring in all support extensions in all the 3 PBX’s
As for this moment I only managed to setup in this way:
Incoming call to US-Support > US-Support queue > if no answer > misc destination to virtual ext in EU-Support > EU-Support queue > if no answer > misc destination to virtual ext in Asia-Support > Asia Support queue.
