I wish to learn about voip so I’ll be able to use it in my organization, but I dont know where to begin from.
All I have is a gateway (audiocodes mp-114).
I found out there are a lot of software like tearbox or elastix. Which one will be better for a small organization (up to 10 users) ?
The first thing you have to do is read up on Asterisk and VoIP. This is a good place to start:

If you do not want to invest a lot of time into learning VoIP and Asterisk, I would definitly recomend you hire an outside professional. But if you have interest in the field, google and this forum are your friends. Use the Search button, you would be surprised what you find
